First day was organised welcome morning with the workshop for the teachers and students, "Getting to know one another". Participating teachers and students visited the school and when the students attended chosen lessons the teachers were working on Project.
In the afternoon the guests met with government of the town in the City Council and than they visited Monastery Jasna Góra and its museum.
Next day we spent in Cracow where participants visited Jewish District and its museums including Old Synagoge. They learnt the history and culture of Jews in Cracow.
Next they visited Wawel Royal Castle, Cracow Old Town. They had opportunity to know Polish and Jewish history and culture
Next day art. workshop for all participating students and teachers was organised.
Some very beautiful art. works were made by every country.
To spend time in different ways the host school prepared sport games and sports competitions for the students and the teachers.
In the afternoon at school was the meeting with Comenius guests, parents, members of the Local Educational Departments. Apart artistic performances the main point of the meeting was presentation of art works by all participating schools.
Last day the guests spent in Zelów – small town where is the Czech Association in Poland. The participants met the head of Czech Association in Poland in the Czech Club. - Mrs Wiera Pospieszył. The participants learnt about Czech minority customs and traditions.
All of them met with the major of Zelow, visited local school and its planetarium and Evangelical Reformed Parish connected with Czech minority believers.
Specially for Comenius participants short concert of "Zelowskie dzwonki" was organised there.
In the evening all the guests took part in the Farewell evening.
We hope that the participating teachers and students learnt about Polish majority and about Jewish and Czech minorities living in Poland. They had the opportunity to prepare some art works and present minorities art works prepared in their schools. The guests visited two Polish schools and met with local governors , parents and local authorities and they could observe the local surroundings from a cultural/historical/economical point of view.
